Swedish Massage:                                                                             

Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage at a spa. It combines various hands-on techniques including gliding,kneading and cross fiber friction to break up muscle  knots. Manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability, promote relaxation and well-being.

Hot Rock Massage:

Penetrates deeply into the muscles and relieves pain, and tight muscles, eases tension and increases circulation. Renewed energy and vigor will follow this deep relaxation and leave you with a feeling of well being. Hot Rocks are however not recommended for pregnant ladies or people with uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Skin candle massage:

Spa massage candles contain the skin-nourishing ingredients cosmetic-grade soy oil, shea and cocoa butters and Vitamin E. This blend of skin nourishing ingredients deeply moisturises the skin, leaving it lustrous, silky smooth and delicately scented.
When candles burn, the oil wax melts to form a pool of oil, which is warm to the touch.

Hand Massage

There are a number of benefits that you will gain from a hand massage. Not only will it improve circulation but relieve tension in the tendons. It also helps to increase the level of flexibility in the hands, fingers and wrists. This can help reduce the feeling of stiffness that can build up in the hands, which make movements feel uncomfortable. Since we use our natural oils, it’s also a great way to rejuvenate the skin.

Foot Massage/Reflexology

Each specific point corresponds with an internal organ, gland                                                    and other structure. The pressure allows the release of blocked energy and built up toxins. During a treatment, mental and physical tensions are released and a state of relaxation is induced. This allows the body to improve circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage and toxin build up to release, stimulates nerve pathways and relax muscles.
