Terms and Conditions
- Bookings can only be moved twice.
- Sunday and Public Holiday bookings are subject to a surcharge of R100.00 per person.
- A 72-hour cancellation is required with a valid reason, following a re-book date as no refunds are allowed.
- Clients who have vouchers and do not show up for your appointment, will lead to a forfeit of your treatment.
- Cash clients who confirm a booking and do not show for their appointment, will be liable for a penalty fee of R250.00.
- NO CHILDREN under the age of 6 allowed, parents to make alternative arrangements.
- Parents who do not adhere to these conditions will forfeit their treatment.
